We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elevated Pieces order. Please read the information below before requesting a return.
Change-of-Mind Returns

14-Day Return Request
Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, send the item back within the following 14 days.

Original Condition
Products must be unworn, unused and returned with their original pouch and packaging.

Order Number Required
Your order number or proof of purchase must be included with your return request.
How to Request a Return

Email the Elevated Pieces customer-service team before returning anything.

02 — Provide Your Details
Include your full name, order number, item being returned and reason for the return.

03 — Receive Instructions
We will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first.
Detailed Returns Information
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return postage cost.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged before reaching us.
If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Elevated Pieces will cover reasonable return costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you with an update.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The refund will include the price paid for the returned item and the cost of our standard delivery service where legally required.
Any additional amount paid for express or upgraded delivery will not normally be refunded.
Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the refund in your account.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
* Personalised or custom-made products, unless faulty
* Items damaged through misuse, accidental damage or improper care
* Items returned outside the return period without prior approval
* Products showing signs of wear beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives:
* Faulty
* Damaged
* Incorrect
* Significantly different from its description

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may return it after delivery in accordance with this policy.
If a pre-order is significantly delayed, we will contact you with an updated estimated dispatch date and explain your available options.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To change the colour, length or product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered the dispatch process.
